Lenox Sunset

I have suffered from sleep disorders for a long time and I really did not have quality sleep. I will not claim that it is only about the glasses, but neither does the KUGO company claim that. But as a user of glasses, I must say that I sleep better and wake up rested. As soon as I put on my glasses in the evening, I gradually feel the need for sleep. So the glasses really help as long as a person sets the right regime.

It is really better to go to the bed after using the sunset glasses. I feel better thank you.

I’ve always struggled with sleep quality, especially with the constant blue light from my devices. After hearing about KUGO Sunset Wooden Glasses, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did! These glasses have truly transformed my evenings and significantly improved the quality of my sleep.

I have been using the red-tinted blue light-blocking glasses from KUGO for two consecutive years. I cannot emphasize enough the difference they have made in my time, from getting to bed to falling asleep. With the other changes I have made in my pre-sleep routine, I honor red-tinted glasses as the most significant differentiating factor.

I try to wear them at least an hour before my planned bedtime, ideally for two hours, but I still have to improve.

Now, only my time to sleep got a whole lot better. Sleep quality also got significantly better, which for me, as a person with Type 1 diabetes, is the difference between having to wake up in the middle of the night or not.

Last but not least, these are the only glasses that have lasted me more than three months, so crossing the two-year mark is a great deal for me.

I have not found any other glasses made of such material on the market. It works perfectly and the very nice design makes me happy every evening. I feel better because my sleep has improved, I like myself in them and I have more energy. Simply win win.
